I have managed social media platforms for school organizations, in both high school and college. In those roles I defined success by the club members we gained from those efforts and the increase in engagement on campus during our events held. I looked at how the social media affected our public image and generated interest.

Please share how you would successfully manage all responsibilities and clear communication with the influencers and pager team.
I would set clear expectations and goals for myself and utilize them to regularly communicate and update the influencers and pager team. First, I would establish a connection and line of communication with each individual and the group as needed. Then, I would set a date daily or weekly for general updates and would give any further information when I gather it. I would provide clear guidelines and offer support and resources as needed. Throughout my time with the team, I would provide consistent updates, support, and responses for clear communication of responsibilitues.
