What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness means a lot to me, its about your well-being overall. If you don't care about wellness basically you don't care about yourself. I say wellness is used in my everyday life, that being physical and mental.Being able to exercise and hydrate your body everyday is a big one for me.
