You'll need to balance this role with your studies. Can you walk me through your typical week and how you'd structure your time to ensure you can consistently dedicate attention to finding and connecting with creators?"

My school week is very concise, since I have classes for a maximum of 3 to 4 hours a day, 3/4 times a week. So, since I usually wake up very early, my routine is to handle my personal matters as soon as possible and then focus as consistently as I can on what truly matters. For me, managing my schedule is nothing new. I've always been someone who engaged in many activities outside of school and always managed to find time for everything.

How do you currently discover new skincare products or brands? Walk me through your process of researching and deciding what to try.

Usually through Instagram and TikTok. However, nowadays, we are bombarded daily with brands "promising" the best skincare products possible. Honestly, what really stands out, beyond the campaigns, is always including a bit of scientific knowledge.

It does not need to be boring...Instead of just saying that a certain facial cream is great and showing a pretty skin, we follow the same plan but start by addressing the problem and then selling the solution. Something like... very improvised... 'Did you know that vitamin C is super important for the skin for reasons A, B, C?' Then, in seconds, we include key phrases from scientific articles that confirm this (creating the problem). After that, we sell the solution, with the cream enriched with vitamin C.

Since I am someone with a strong connection to science, in addition to marketing, it’s very easy for me to develop this kind of reasoning.

This way not we only stand out for being honest about spotting the problem but we also come with the solution

Tell me about a time you've successfully used social media to promote something you care about - whether that was a school event, personal project, or club initiative. What strategies did you use and what results did you achieve?

SO, I helped a friend's clothing brand growing its Instagram engagement, through an innovative and interactive campaign I organized.

We partnered with 10 micro-influencers and launched the 'Style Me Challenge,' where each influencer had to present the best outfit possible to compete against the other 9. However, the twist was that the outfits weren’t chosen by the influencers themselves but by their audience. To create the best look, each influencer’s followers had to actively visit the clothing brand’s Instagram page, explore the collection, and select the items they believed would create the winning outfit. This strategy significantly boosted engagement and retention time on the brand's page, as users spent time scrolling through nearly all the brand’s posts to make their picks. Thus, at the end of the challenge, we (brand) evaluated all 10 final outfits, and the winning influencer received their chosen outfit as a prize, along with a custom piece ( a jacket ) with all the usernames of all the followers who participated in creating their winning look.

This campaign not only increased the brand’s engagement by fostering meaningful interactions but also strengthened the bond between the influencers and their audiences since they had to work together to reach the goal.
