What experience do you have managing business growth for creative projects?

I’m early in my journey with direct business growth experience, but through school I’ve developed a strong foundation in project development, branding, communication, and strategic thinking for creative work. I understand that growing a creative project takes more than just a good idea. It also requires knowing the audience, building a clear identity, staying organized, and making thoughtful decisions that help the project reach the right people. I’m excited to keep learning and contribute that mindset in a real-world setting.

How would you build a brand that resonates with neurodiverse communities?

I’d build it by centering neurodivergent voices from day one and designing for clarity, flexibility, and trust. That means co-creating with the community, using plain and respectful language, creating sensory and accessibility aware experiences, and avoiding one size fits all messaging. The brand should show inclusion through action, not just campaigns. If people feel understood, respected, and genuinely considered, the brand will resonate.
