Communication is key when selling something. A lot of times, people get lost when data is thrown at them; that's why a good seller has to know when to say what. We subconsciously persuade them to buy the product/service by creating a friendly and genuine conversation.

How would you approach engaging with potential customers at a local event as a Brand Ambassador for MacroPlate?
Give them a smile and let them try a bite. Afterwards, ask them about their health goals and how they can improve with MacroPlate. Mention the simplicity of the service and how much of a difference healthy nutrition makes on one's mental and physical health.

Which brands do you think are winning at social and why?
Currently, one of my favourites is Saint James - they organize a lot of in-person events to drive natural growth while providing a high-quality product. Then they partner up with influencers to drive online engagement and create content. They are successful because they know how to add mood to their posts, as it's a fun and refreshing drink.
