Though I have known about this platform for a long time, I never actually had the time to engage with it. Hence, this is my first-ever hands-on experience. I am really enthusiastic about this opportunity.

I follow a structured approach:

-Organize Data: Identify recurring themes using techniques like coding to group insights.

-Contextualize Feedback: Analyze feedback in the context of the user journey to pinpoint root causes.

-Corroborate Findings: Validate qualitative trends with quantitative data for a holistic view.

-Prioritize Actions: Focus on insights with the highest impact and feasibility.

-Communicate Clearly: Deliver concise reports with actionable recommendations.

During my internship at KrackCUET, I analyzed feedback from students preparing for entrance exams. By categorizing responses into areas like difficulty level, content clarity, and platform navigation, I identified that students struggled with accessing mock tests efficiently. My recommendation to restructure the dashboard led to a noticeable improvement in engagement and satisfaction.
