Can you give an example of a detailed QA report you have created in the past?
In a recent Salesforce Service Cloud release, I created a detailed QA report covering regression, new feature validation, and system integrations. I executed over 20 test cases across case creation, routing rules, automation flows, and UI updates, tracking pass/fail results and logging defects by severity. I identified and escalated a critical issue where an escalation flow failed to trigger based on priority changes, which could have caused SLA breaches. After fixes were applied, I led retesting and confirmed all high-risk issues were resolved before approving the release for production.
