please tell us about your prior experience sampling and/or representing a brand in your community
I have prior experience representing a brand within my community through my time as a Depop campus ambassador, with a strong focus on sustainability and conscious consumption. As a Depop ambassador, I helped promote the idea of secondhand shopping as an environmentally responsible alternative to fast fashion. On campus, I talked with students about reducing waste, rewearing clothing, and extending the life cycle of fashion through reselling and thrifting. My role centered on making sustainability feel accessible and appealing to Gen Z rather than preachy or overwhelming. This experience taught me how to represent a brand by leading with shared values, especially sustainability, and how to spark meaningful conversations within a campus community. I learned how to advocate for a mission driven brand in a way that feels genuine and community oriented, which is the same approach I would bring when representing any brand that prioritizes women’s wellness and thoughtful, responsible products.

please share example(s) of prior content you created for similar brands
While I haven’t created traditional paid content for a product like this yet, I do have relevant experience as a Depop campus ambassador, where my role focused on community building and on-campus engagement rather than sponsored posts. As a Depop ambassador, I promoted the platform directly on campus by talking with students, encouraging them to join, sharing tips on reselling and styling, and helping create awareness through peer to peer conversations and social sharing. The emphasis was on authenticity and trust, making Depop feel accessible and relevant to student life rather than like an advertisement.

How would you engage your campus to drive awareness of the heat patch?
On campus, period cramps are something a lot of students deal with silently while sitting through long lectures, studying for hours, or commuting to class. I would create content that shows Cramp Stamps being used in real situations like wearing one during a lecture, a study session at the library, or while walking across campus. Seeing it fit seamlessly into student life makes it feel approachable and useful rather than medical or intimidating. I would also focus on peer to peer awareness. That could look like sharing Cramp Stamps with friends, having open conversations about cramps, and capturing honest reactions from classmates who try it. Gen Z responds well to transparency and humor, so keeping the tone real and supportive would help break the discomfort around period related products
