this role will require individuals who are self motivated and self directed. We are working with important deadlines. Please provide an experience where you thrived in such an environment.

My last job was almost 100 percent remote. When I was not on college campuses I was working from home, scheduling meetings, creating content, and planning travel. There was no set schedule so I had to create my own deadlines for over all goals.

We value honest and constructive feedback on our project initiatives. Can you describe your experience in delivering direct and honest feedback, particularly to senior leaders, educators or board members?

This is something I do often in my role with the Olympia Snowe Women's Leadership Institute. Creating buy in takes trial and error so we have monthly sessions where I pitch new ideas and provide feedback about how to engage our alumni and donors.
