When there is a bug in an app you use a lot what do you do. Please explain in one to three sentences.
I'm a relatively patient person, so if a bug is occurring, I'll probably restart my phone, and if that doesn't work, I'll walk away and come back later. However, if I urgently need access to that app, I will file a polite complaint that reflects my level of urgency.

What's one creative way to engage with new and existing consumers?
I LOVE the TikToks where people are stopped and interviewed on the street. I would love to make content where I allow other people to try the products in public and give an honest review (and obviously only post the most positive and entertaining.)
