What is your favorite streaming platform and why?
I like Netflix the best because it is a platform I grew up with, causing me to naturally be drawn to it, and I feel as though I can talk about new releases with my friends and peers as it is a widely used platform.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness means taking care of your body from the inside out. I make sure to move my body daily, fuel it with the nutrition it needs, and take some time for mindfulness each day.
