How do you create FOMO and social proof?
by appealing to your target audience and displaying highlights of desired roles. Social media is a show, people only show their best moments and create a warped perception of who they are and the life they live based on it. If you know your target audience and you know what kinds of experiences that market is looking for, it's easy to create FOMO and social proof

If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?
- apologize for having a negative experience with the product
- figure out if there is any way to rectify the situation to change their perception of the product/company (such as sending them a new product or completing a task for them) that's relatively easy on their end
- thank them for taking the time to review us and hope their perspective will be changed
