Can you share a time when you tested or gave feedback on a product, app, or feature? What did you enjoy or find challenging about that experience?

I’ve given feedback on study tools and shared resources used in group projects and student organizations. I enjoyed identifying small changes that made tools easier to use and more effective for students. The biggest challenge was making sure my feedback was specific and actionable, not just opinion based but that’s something I’ve gotten better at over time.

What motivates you to contribute feedback and improve apps?

I’m motivated to contribute feedback because I know how much well-designed tools can impact a student’s daily experience. As someone who relies on apps to stay organized, study efficiently, and manage multiple responsibilities, I’m very aware of what makes a tool genuinely helpful versus frustrating or time-consuming. When I notice small friction points or features that could be clearer or more intuitive, I’m naturally inclined to speak up because I know those changes can make a real difference for other users.
