Can you describe a time when you improved engagement on a social media platform?
I was once put in the position to create a TikTok video for a teenage volunteering organisation that seemed formal and elegant (not really attractive for people aged 15-17). I came up with the idea of following a popular trend among teenagers and it blew up, improving engagement for the volunteering TikTok page. Many people started following us and participated in our projects!
