There are many free sources for one to go through it can be YouTube or websites like Alison, Coursera but if you feel you don't take freely available thing seriously and feel it's a little not well structured for you I would suggest them to take up paid courses or if I had time I would help them with by making my notes if possible.
Udemy is one of the best resources.
