Describe your approach to onboarding new partners efficiently.

My approach to onboarding new partners is very direct, clear, and efficient, with each step mapped out so expectations, timelines, and deliverables are fully understood from the start. Everything would be formalized through proper agreements to keep the process professional and structured, while still keeping the tone warm and welcoming so partners feel comfortable, supported, and confident working together.

How would you identify influencers that align with a brand’s values?

Finding influencers who genuinely match a brand’s values isn’t really about follower count. It’s more about alignment, credibility, and whether people actually trust them. The first step is getting clear on what the brand stands for, its voice, its audience, and what it will or won’t associate with. Then you look at the influencer’s content over time and see if how they talk, post, and partner with brands naturally reflects those same values. You also want to check their engagement, audience demographics, and past collaborations to make sure their community actually fits the brand. Analytics tools can help confirm authenticity, but honestly, reviewing their content closely and starting with a small test collaboration is usually the best way to see if it’s a real match.
