Authenticity, in my opinion, refers to staying true to oneself and being truthful in all areas of one's life. It entails having a clear grasp of, respect for, and ability to articulate one's own special values and ideas.

Promote limited-time offers: By highlighting limited-time goods, services, special offers, or discounts, you can instill a sense of urgency among your audience. Highlight exclusive events: To enhance the sense of urgency, highlight future events that customers can attend so they can partake in something rare. Show real-time activity: Using real-time indications like the number of people now viewing a page or product, you can show visitors what other people are buying and browsing.

I would thank the customer for their feedback because even though it is negative, the comment is beneficial for the brand to know what to fix in the future. I would then apologize for any disappointment the customer felt and reiterate that we appreciate their honesty.
