Explain why you think you are right for recruiting and leading a group of 30+ students at your college
I have already recruited more than 30 individuals for more than several occasions. Firstly, I was the senator that garnered the most student body support for my student government election in September. Additionally, I promoted the attendance for our annual pie-a-senator event which resulted in more the 1/3 of the campus' participation. Lastly, I am organizing a volleyball club at Salve, and there are more than 40 individuals pre-registered.
