Interview Questions

Can you share an example of how you successfully helped someone who struggled using your product or service?
When working at a previous internship with ALKU, I was a recruiter for the consultants in the medical device field. I often had clients on the phone who had a hard time understanding what services I had to offer, and what I was calling them about. Every time this would happen, I would approach the situation as gentle as possible with the consideration that everyone perceives information differently. I would always explain to the consultant what my role is, and why I am asking them the certain questions that I am. This was so I could form a more trusting relationship with the client and make them feel more comfortable to proceed with my recruiting questions. If the client ever was skeptical or confused, I would let them express themselves, let them know I understand where they are coming from, and always check in with clients that they want to continue.

How would you approach building a relationship with someone who actively uses our product but hasn’t interacted with you directly?
First off, I would introduce myself to the person and explain to them what my role is as apart of team. I would proceed by asking them about their experience with our company; and what they like and their opinions about our products whether they are positive or negative. I would be driven to get to know more about their experience so that I can build a relationship of trust with the client; and tailor the experience to what they want and need. This way, I can not only make the client feel comfortable enough even if they haven't met me directly.
