One area of Opportunity for Dune would definitely be Tik Tok. It is always sharing brands and product reviews and is honestly where I am influenced to buy the most products.

Please share one beauty brand that is killing their social strategy. Why?
One brand that comes to mind with this topic, is Kylie Cosmetics. Opinions seem to be that there are issues such as limited engagement and an inconsistency in content which is major when promoting a product or brand. With lack of content, people will die out of their want for the products snd move to a different brand that has constant advertising and good product reviews.

Reviews are the first thing I go to for a product! If I am putting my money and time into a product, I want it to perfect! Reviews are very important for purchasing a product not only for the person but the company.
