What strategies work best for you to communicate a brand message effectively?

I always like to make a genuine connection with people before pitching anything, even if it’s quick or over something small. I think that’s why I naturally talk to strangers, make friends easily, and meet new people all the time.

Once that connection is there, I focus on keeping the conversation natural, simple, and relatable, and I tailor it to whoever I’m talking to. I’ve found that when people feel comfortable and understood, they’re much more open to the message.

How would you engage a crowd that is unfamiliar with peptides or glp-1’s?

I think the biggest thing is meeting people where they’re at. Most people don’t care about peptides or GLP-1s themselves but they care about how it affects their life. So I’d approach it differently depending on the crowd.

For a health and wellness audience, I’d talk about how these support the body’s natural signals of appetite and metabolism. This is a large audience considering how wellness is such a big focus right now. That group enjoys the the idea of working with your body rather than against it. (I would also know because I am apart of this group which is why I am familiar with peptides/ glp-1's already)

For gym or fitness-focused people, I’d frame it more around helping them stay consistent, especially with nutrition. Most people who train know that food is often the hardest part, so explaining how peptides or GLP-1s can help with appetite control and cravings would be a key sales point.

And for people who aren’t really into health or fitness, I’d keep it super simple and focus on convenience. Less food means less overthinking, and just making day-to-day life easier.

For every audience I would keep it relatable, and make sure to not overwhelm them with science right away.

do YOU GO TO MUSIC FESTIVALS?

I go to raves and EDM festivals at least once a week! Some of my favorites so far have been Lollapalooza, Movement Fest, ARC, and Steve Aoki’s Cake on the Lake. This weekend, I’m heading to Holy Priest, and I’m especially excited since techno is my favorite. I’m also hoping to make it to Coachella this year! My instagram is @tatumpafford
