How would you approach building relationships with gynecologists to promote Alii Supplement?

To promote the Alii Supplement to gynecologists, I would focus on building a foundation of trust and credibility through educational outreach and thoughtful communication. Initially, I'd try to find gynecologists who are influential within their communities and have an openness to discussing supplements. I’d do my research and prepare educational materials that detail the benefits, ingredients, and scientific research supporting the Alii Supplement, making sure that these resources are both informative and visually appealing. Then, I'd reach out via a professional email or letter to introduce myself and the supplement, emphasizing my goal to add value to their practice and enhance their patients' health. I would propose a follow-up meeting or a presentation to discuss the supplement in detail, addressing any scientific questions they might have and explaining how it could benefit their patients. Offering samples would be a key strategy, allowing gynecologists to assess the supplement firsthand. I would also set up a support line for any immediate questions and consider offering incentives or discounts that they could pass on to their patients. Regular updates via newsletters or emails would keep them informed about the latest research and product developments, maintaining the supplement’s relevance. Feedback would be crucial, so I’d regularly check in to gather insights and experiences from the gynecologists using the supplement. Attending professional medical events would also help in networking and staying updated on industry trends. Lastly, showing appreciation for their collaboration and trust through thank you notes or public acknowledgment would help strengthen these professional relationships, creating a reliable network of advocates for the Alii Supplement.

Can you discuss a time you had to lead a project?

I led a significant project called the "Vote to Live" campaign, where the goal was to increase voter turnout among young Black men. This project was impactful because it addressed crucial societal issues and required effective leadership and collaboration. I started by setting clear goals for the campaign, which were to educate, motivate, and mobilize young Black men to vote. Knowing the importance of delivering the right message, I recruited influencers who were young Black men themselves, as they could authentically connect with and influence our target audience.I worked closely with these influencers to create a range of content, including videos, live discussions, and social media posts, designed to debunk myths about voting and demonstrate the power of civic engagement. We carefully timed the release of each content piece to maximize our reach and impact. A major challenge was ensuring that our content was engaging and struck the right tone—it needed to be educational without being preachy. To address this, I actively sought feedback from the influencers and adjusted our strategies based on what the engagement data was telling us, which helped us make our messages more effective and relatable. The campaign ultimately led to a noticeable increase in voter registration and turnout within our target demographic, and we received overwhelmingly positive feedback. This experience taught me the importance of flexibility and responsiveness in leadership. Listening to my team and our audience was crucial in making a significant community impact. Leading the "Vote to Live" campaign was a profound learning experience that underscored the need for empathy and adaptability in guiding a project that not only achieved its goals but also made a meaningful difference in the community.

How would you approach recruiting potential creators through social media platforms?

To recruit creators for Gauth, I’d find students at my university (Santa Clara University) who are creating content on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. I’d start by engaging with their posts and getting on on their radar. Once I've made some initial contact, I’d send them a personal message discussing the specific projects and explain what Gauth offers, like the chance to grow their audience and create for a wider community. For those who show interest, I’d lay out exactly what we’re looking for in our campaigns, give them creative freedom, and make sure they have all the information they need to get started. I’d stay in touch, giving them feedback to help improve their content and keep our partnership strong. This way, it’s not just about getting creators on board but also about building lasting relationships where they feel valued and excited to be part of our team.
