Why are you passionate about Home From College and why should we hire you?

I think Home From College provides a unique way for young people to get experience and exposure to different careers. I am a recent graduate so I know the troubles that students are facing right now when applying to jobs/internships and I would love to be a part of this company to help them. Additionally, during my 4 years in college, I worked in the career center where I worked with both employers and students to help find what fits best for them. I would like to contribute my knowledge to Home From College.

Please share an experience where you managed a project from beginning to end.

I did a 1 month program where we worked in teams to create a marketing campaign for the Mall if America's 30th anniversary celebration. I was the team project manager and was tasked with keeping all information organized, hosting meetings and taking notes, connecting with all team members, and keeping the project on schedule. My team managed to win 2nd place in the competition.

What is one thing media brands can do to better appeal to Gen Z on TikTok?

One thing that always appeals to Gen Z on TikTok is a sense of authenticity. Gen Z like to see real people talking about things they like because it feels like a more personal recommendation.
