Interview Questions
Whipnotic
Target Content Creation

What social media platforms do you excel at for posting UGC videos?
I excel at creating and posting UGC videos on TikTok and Instagram. Both platforms are where I’ve built experience producing short-form content that feels authentic and connects with audiences. On TikTok, I focus on quick, relatable videos that follow trending formats while still aligning with the brand’s message. On Instagram, I adapt that content into Reels, Stories, and grid posts to keep it visually consistent and polished. I’m comfortable with both, and I know how to use each platform’s features to maximize reach and engagement.

Target Content Creation

How would you creatively showcase a product launch in a retail store?
For Whipnotic, I would make the in-store product launch an engaging and shareable experience. I’d create a bright, eye-catching display near the entrance with playful visuals that highlight the swirl and flavor infusion. Customers would be invited to sample Whipnotic on fresh fruit or in mini cups, with the swirl moment demonstrated so they see what makes it unique. To encourage interaction, I’d set up a small photo spot with branded props where customers can record their first taste reactions and share them online with a campaign hashtag. Team members would explain the story and benefits of the product, while short clips of the launch and customer reactions would be filmed to extend the excitement onto TikTok and Instagram after the event.
Tano Skincare
Tano Skincare UGC Content Creator

How would you approach creating content that resonates with Tano Skincare's target audience?
I would start by understanding Tano Skincare’s target audience looking at their age range, skin concerns, preferred product benefits, and the tone they connect with. From there, I’d create content that feels authentic and solutions-focused, showing real skin and honest results. This could include short videos of morning or nighttime routines featuring Tano products, ingredient spotlights that explain benefits in simple terms, and before-and-after progress updates. I’d keep the visuals clean, use natural lighting, and focus on relatable scenarios like quick skincare for busy mornings or soothing rituals for self-care nights. To stay relevant, I’d monitor skincare trends on TikTok and Instagram, adapt popular formats or sounds, and weave them into Tano’s brand voice so the content feels current but still on-message. By mixing education, storytelling, and aspirational visuals, the content would resonate while building trust and loyalty.
