You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?
If I feel like the product is not for me I would first notify the company that isn't something that works for me. My review would not bash the product nor the company, just simply stating that everybody is different and what might not work for me might work for someone else.
