I’d also prioritize word-of-mouth by encouraging friends and peers to try and share their thoughts, helping build trust through real experiences.

Over time, I’d reinforce brand recognition by posting casually but consistently on social media, highlighting different moments Saint James fits into campus life. By showing up authentically and creating positive, low-pressure experiences around the brand, I believe Saint James can become something students recognize, trust, and genuinely enjoy.

On social media, I’d highlight Amazon as a convenient option for students who prefer quick delivery or bulk orders during busy weeks, while also spotlighting local stores near campus for easy grab-and-go purchases. I’d create casual content showing Saint James as part of my everyday routine, such as study sessions or wellness breaks, and clearly mention where it can be purchased depending on what’s most convenient for the viewer. By showing both options in real-life contexts, I can help people choose the purchasing method that fits their lifestyle.

How would you creatively introduce Saint James to your campus community? -- What organizations or clubs are you apart of?

I would introduce Saint James Iced Tea by incorporating it into spaces where students already gather and decompress. As a biology major at Spelman, I’m often in study groups, library sessions, and wellness-focused conversations where having a refreshing, lower-sugar drink feels natural. I’d bring Saint James to study sessions, organization meetings, and informal campus hangouts, allowing people to try it in a relaxed, organic setting rather than a forced promotion.

I’m involved in organizations like the Health Careers Program and the National Council of Negro Women, where wellness, balance, and community are central. I would also share Saint James within mentoring spaces like SpelREADS, emphasizing moments of care, rest, and routine. My goal would be to introduce the brand in a way that feels thoughtful and community-centered, connecting it to everyday campus life rather than traditional advertising.
