To successfully manage responsibilities and maintain clear communication with influencers and the pager team, I would establish clear goals and expectations, create a communication plan with regular check-ins and updates, lead sourcing, outreach, and partnership negotiations with TikTok and Instagram creators, support existing user communication, analyze weekly efforts and provide insightful reports, maintain open and clear communication within the team, encourage collaboration between influencers and the pager team, and provide feedback and recognition to drive growth and success. I believe that this approach ensures organized and effective management of responsibilities while fostering a collaborative and communicative environment.
