Can you describe a time when you had to manage multiple projects or deadlines at once? How did you prioritize and ensure that everything was completed on time?

I worked on the PR team for a print beauty and lifestyle magazine at the University of Southern California. I had to manage my team's work while working with other department heads to ensure our social calendar aligned. I had to quickly adjust when unexpected things came up like a delay in print or loss of event space.
