Cora

Cora Brand Ambassador

Cora Profile Image

Hi! please share your major, graduation year, and why you'd make a great campus ambassador for cora.

As a marine biology major with a graduation year of 2028 and an on-campus job, I believe I am a great ambassador for Cora because being comfortable at all times of the day is my job, my mission. Being on campus most of the day, I've had every version of a woman on her period. I've used maybe all the brands for my menstrual cycles; some work, and some don't. I've walked into an on-campus bathroom, shocked at the discomfort of a generic tampon or pad. I've walked to class trying to avoid folding or leaking, and being a personal user of Cora, it has completely changed the way I view my period. Not only that, but viewing other women's journeys with their menstrual cycle is INSPIRING. We are the change we wish to become, and I want to form the idea that this is natural. Being a woman is natural, so why should we feel shy or want to conceal it? Let's use a product that works to feel good. It's not convincing you to buy yet another product, but it's using your voice as an ambassador to display the change it creates in your life.

Are you comfortable being the face of something edgy or anonymous on campus?

Yes

How would you promote this app on campus?

I would promote this at Greek life events, our week of welcome where all the students can walk by our tent and learn how it works, at sports games, pop ups throughout the day while people are coming to and from classes.
