The Chinmaya Organization for Rural Development (CORD) aims to make rural communities in India become self-sufficient and independent. CORD being connected with my temple, helps the cause become more wide-spread, along with raising money for the cause. A few students, including myself, organize a Walk-a-Thon every year, in order to raise money for this cause. Before the event, we would go around to the classrooms of our temple, and encourage the younger kids to knock on their neighbor's door and request to donate money and spread awareness for the cuase. After the event, we end up with thousands of dollars being raised to help rural development.

My favorite streaming profile is Netflix because they have a lot of the shows I am interested in watching.
