Brainstorm how you would help DAISE show up on your campus
Affirmation Wall! On our main quad, where 1000s of students pass everyday, I would paint our iconic blocks outside of the student union and ask students to write daily affirmations that they practice. By doing so, they receive a free DAISE product. If they take a picture with the wall and post it on their story, they get to enter a raffle to win a prize!
“Unlearn and Relearn” sidewalk chalk campaign. I would offer logo colored chalks to students with helpful prompts that open the door to discussing ethical engagement, unlearning biases and being a civil participant. They write an important issue they feel should be left in the past, and they are allowed to also be a part of a TikTok interview that allows them to elaborate. After participating, they get a free DAISE product!
Since DAISE’s mission is to be focused around allyship and diversity, the brand image will only be strengthened by allowing students to discuss hardships, struggles, and challenges they wish to speak out on. Students are the voice but DAISE is the platform!
