Here are a couple of events/campaigns I'd plan to spread awareness about Uber shuttles:

1) Selfies & Suitcases: Students can post a photo with their luggage on the Uber Shuttle using a custom hashtag (#UberShuttleHome, etc). Prizes could be day-of-flight Starbucks gift cards or coupons for affiliated services like UberEats. This would increase organic visibility while tying directly to departure season for finals/Thanksgiving.

2) Dorm Departure Hubs: For the few days before Thanksgiving break and the end of finals period, I'd coordinate a few shuttles in a schedule leaving from campus to JFK/LGA/EWR so that students can leave together as a group from campus rather than having to take the Uber shuttle from downtown. A centralized pickup location would increase the number of students taking the service.

3) Tabling at Diana/Lerner: This is one of the most consistently successful promotions on campus and could consist of one or two ambassadors talking about the product at a table on campus and giving out merch/voucher codes.
