Interview Questions
The FITclub
Creative & Operations Assistant

What excites you most about the opportunity to work alongside me and support multiple aspects of my brand—from fitness and fashion to content and community?
What makes me most excited about this occasion is the chance to be part of building something that really seizes people-a few in terms of fitness or fashion, but from a full point of view and spirit. I love the idea of working with someone who does not only create brands, but builds real movement around self -confidence, strength and growth.
What really excels about your journey is that everything you create - from Fitclub to Levavi to better than before - feels deeply associated with real people and real transformation. I am enthusiastic about this role in this role - they start working across fitness, fashion, content and community - because it would allow me to apply both my creative skills and my strategic thinking to help intensify the message I believe.
I am someone who is doing when I work practical, I learn quickly, manage moving parts and trust real responsibility. What motivates me is not only to keep things in running, but also to find ways to amplify systems, content more inspiring and even more connected. This is the kind of ownership and energy that I would like to bring to support your vision.

What experience do you have with Content creation and editing?
I have practical experience in creating content and adjustment on multiple platforms. During my work on marketing and analytical projects, I helped create calendars of social media content, short contributions for Instagram and LinkedIn, visual explanation, and even helped design the blog content for brand narration. I am conveniently planning the content topics, coordinating the campaign or start posts and ensuring that everything remains in line with the brand's voice.
One real example: When I worked on a project to support a sustainable technology product, I realized that sending news about products is very technical and is not very accessible to customers. I took the initiative to divide the information into the simple, engaging visual and content of the social media, which we used in Instagram and e-mail marketing. I worked with a design team to create branded templates and modified copies of subtitles to make a more relative and controlled event. As a result, our campaign involvement has increased significantly.
I also love working with tools like Canva, Capcut and basic video editing applications to create fast and polished visual effects - and I am always open to learning new tools depending on the platform. For me, the creation of content is not just about publishing publication - it is a story of a story that people actually associate with, whether it be the launch of the product, an episode of podcasts, or building excitement around the fitness community such as FitClub and Levavi.

"How do you stay organized and prioritize when juggling multiple projects at once? Can you share an example of a time you managed multiple responsibilities or projects simultaneously?
Organized and prioritization across several projects comes to building systems that are simple but powerful. I rely very much on digital tools such as the idea, Google Calendar and Clicap to create structured workflows for each project - to divide large goals into smaller, clear steps with terms and owners. I also like to make a 10 -minute daily review where I prefer my top 3 tasks that must move forward every day, so nothing important gets in busy work.
A real example: When I worked during my Babson Master's program, I also managed two internships, full of graduates and leading activities in campus clubs such as Analytics Club and Design Thinking Club. To handle everything without burning, I created the main dashboard in the notion that the outputs, maturity dates, meetings and personal goals-colorfully marked with urgency and impact. I also learned to communicate early if the priorities moved and planned creative work during my top energy clocks while reserving administrative tasks for lower energy windows.
This system not only helped me stay at the top of everything - that made me someone who could rely on the projects to move smoothly, even though things became hectic. It is the same organized, proactive thinking that I would bring to support FitClub, Levavi, the better than before the podcast and beyond.
