what's a creative way you would lead sampling efforts both on and off campus?
On campus: I’d create a “Get Ready With Me Pop-Up” vibe where students can try products on the spot. I’d set up a simple mirror station, quick shade matching, and mini GRWM moments (like “pick your lip combo for today” or “spring break makeup in 5 minutes”). I’d also encourage people to film short TikToks right there so it becomes shareable content in real time. Off campus: I’d take the same idea into more lifestyle settings like cafés, events, or busy social spots. Instead of just samples, I’d focus on interactive moments—quick touch-ups, “choose your look” spins, or aesthetic product demos that feel like part of someone’s day. To extend reach, I’d document everything as UGC-style content—reactions, transformations, and real people trying products—so it turns into ongoing social buzz, not just a one-time sampling moment.

How would you engage your audience to promote ColourPop products?
I’d engage my audience by making the content feel like a conversation, not a promotion, and using formats that naturally invite interaction around ColourPop. Some ways I would do that: Polls and questions in captions/Stories: “Which lip combo should I wear next?” or “Soft glam or full glam for spring break?” GRWM + commentary style videos: so it feels like I’m getting ready with my audience, not just talking at them Trend-based challenges: recreating viral makeup looks using ColourPop and asking viewers to try their version Before/after transformations: encouraging engagement like “wait for the final look” to boost watch time Community-driven content: replying to comments with video responses and turning audience requests into makeup looks The goal would be to build ongoing engagement and curiosity, so people don’t just watch once—they come back to see what look or product I’ll use next.

what do you love about colourpop?
What I love about ColourPop is how fun, expressive, and accessible the products are. The brand makes it easy to experiment with different looks—from everyday natural glam to bold, colorful makeup—without it feeling intimidating or expensive. I also really like how trend-driven and versatile the products are, which makes them perfect for creating engaging UGC content. Everything from the packaging to the formulas feels made for social media storytelling, especially quick GRWMs, tutorials, and transformation-style videos.
