Full Time Role: Customer Success Coordinator

Please share an experience where you managed a project from beginning to end.
As an account manager during the challenging times of COVID-19, I successfully managed a project that significantly improved the property's net retention while fostering stronger bonds between our residents and the management office. In response to widespread job losses and financial uncertainties, I proactively implemented initiatives to safeguard our property's financial health and worked one-on-one with residents to assist them in applying for financial assistance. Initially, I worked with the DC government to collect all aid information and disseminated the information to all 722 units.
These initiative had a dual impact. Firstly, I ensured consistent rent collection each month, significantly improving the property's net retention. Secondly, and most importantly, by demonstrating my genuine concern for our residents' well-being and not just viewing them as sources of revenue, I deepened the sense of care and community between the tenants and management. This approach directly contributed to higher lease renewals and positive reviews.
