I’m actively involved in several organizations on campus that have helped me grow as a leader and connect with a diverse group of students. I currently serve as the Vice President of Membership for Alpha Kappa Psi, where I focus on recruiting and engaging members in professional development opportunities. I’m also part of the marketing committee for the School of Business Council, where I help plan and promote events for business students, as well as the social media committee for Mighty Crowns, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth. Additionally, I’m a member of the California Club, which brings together students from the West Coast to build community and support one another. Outside of campus organizations, I also serve as a TJX Campus Ambassador, helping connect students with career opportunities and represent the brand on campus.

As a Hulu VIP Ambassador at my HBCU, I would leverage the strong sense of community and pride on campus to create excitement around the secret Hulu contest. I’d highlight Hulu’s incredible selection of Black movies, TV shows, and original content that celebrates our culture, from classic films to powerful documentaries and modern series that reflect our experiences. By hosting fun, engaging events like watch parties featuring iconic Black films or shows, I’d create a space for students to come together. I’d use social media, campus group chats, and student organization meetings to build buzz, emphasizing how Hulu is a platform that amplifies Black voices and stories. This approach would not only get students hyped to participate but also show how streaming with Hulu is a way to celebrate and support our culture.
