What are important considerations for you when reviewing a product?

Coming from a UX background, I immediately consider usability and its implications on the overall user experience. As a reviewer, it is important to me that a product is easy to use as this increases the likelihood of an overall positive review and my continued use of the product.

Please talk about something you've done that demonstrates attention to detail.

As a supplemental instruction leader for General Chemistry, I planned two study sessions per week for groups of students up to 60 in number. This meant that I had to fully prepare for each session in advance. I would prep several practice problems for each session that often involved lots of handwritten work to solve. To ensure that I had every detail of the problem and answer key correct before sharing it with my students, I would do each problem as if I were a student to ensure that I caught any errors before the session. This maximized productivity throughout my sessions and ensured that my students could rely on my resources and support.
