Pretend I am a prospect. Send me an email trying to get me to bring your product into my store. Why you instead of the other guys?
Hello (name),
I hope you had a nice weekend(or something relevant here) and that all is well at (Store name).
My name is Talia, am reaching out on behalf of Lil Bucks Sprouted Buckwheat brand. We are an up and coming independent seller of organic gluten free sprouted buckwheat.
People often think of buckwheat as a cereal their parents ate back in the day, but every day we are changing that.
We are already distributing to large retailers, but think that our product would do especially well at (STORE NAME). Your store's mission to bring wholesome and organic food to the CITY community means that we already are a good match!
If you are interested in possibly retailing our goods, and possibly generating an additional XX in revenue each month (that is the average across our stores), then I would be excited to find a time that works for you to speak on the phone.
Our retailing is person-to-person and the first step would be a conversation be with me (or NAME).
Here are some times that I am available to chat in the next 2 weeks:

What's one way to build a personal connection with Stratosphere41 partners, retailers and prospective studios?
I believe that establishing a personal connection is critical to building a relationship with studios. It would be very important to me that the retailer or partner sees the sales representative (myself) as a human as well as a sales rep. I would find what we have in common - likely we both love yoga (I do!), and then I would work toward building up from there.
