Research on social media under tags. looking up local and big tattoo shops to look at their artist. Google search on the topic you are looking for. using best reviews or peoples feedback and see what everyone is talking about.

How would you identify and approach tattoo artists and influencers for outreach?
I would identify by what art they do what style of tattoo they do and how much work they show. My approach would be kind and respectful stating how much I like their pieces they have worked on. How much each piece was charged and the meaning the person chose unless it was a random one then how the person Incorporated it into another piece. I would say how much I like their talent and how amazing it looks.
