You’ll be reading the Healthy Happy ADHD book, and creating relatable content around how it’s helping you reset your health, your habits, your energy, and how you feel about yourself. ARE YOU CONFIDENT ON CAMERA?
Yes!

Can you describe a past experience where you successfully engaged with an audience through TIKTOK?
I’ve found some of my most meaningful engagement on TikTok didn’t come from my own videos, it came from my comments. I’d leave thoughtful, funny, or validating replies under videos about ADHD, relationships, or emotional burnout, and people would often respond, follow me, or even reference my comment in stitches. That taught me how powerful words can be, even in small spaces, and how important it is to actually show up in the communities you care about. It shaped how I think about content; not just as something you post, but as a conversation you participate in.

How do you plan to infuse authenticity and relatability into your TikTok content while showcasing your journey with the Healthy Happy ADHD book?
I plan to show up as I am, someone actively managing ADHD, juggling school, work, and real-life chaos — and invite others into that imperfect, healing process. My content will blend honest reflections (what hit me, what didn’t), relatable day-in-the-life moments, and practical takeaways from Healthy Happy ADHD that actually apply to how I function day to day. I’ll use humor, voiceovers, and aesthetic visuals to make it digestible, but the core will always be: here’s what I’m learning, and here’s how it’s showing up in my real, messy life.
