Most Gen Z individuals want to be able to work remotely with flexible hours and still also be able to pay bills and afford extra luxury. A number of Gen Z individuals are also venturing into the creative and content creation industries. Most would love to retire early in life. Majority want to be entrepreneurs and run the show. Unlike the other generations who would stay in their jobs although they hate it, a Gen Z is more likely to quit.
