How would you describe your knowledge of menstrual health? Do you feel informed on proactive and preventative health measures?
Yes, I have a relatively good understanding of menstrual health because of the surge in self-care and general hygiene awareness. Although, I am not as well informed on proactive measures regarding menstruation, I really enjoy having teachable moments. This solidifies the idea that you don't have to be an expert, and these conversations are meant to create unity within the community - not divide us in terms of expertise.

B) I think it's kind of crazy how it's started to become popular, and categorised as "quiet luxury". I've so many Tiktok creators talk about how Sofia Richie has catapulted this aesthetic into what it is. However, I think there's a few misconceptions and information gaps around how obtain Real old money status. For example: Getting information from get-rich-quick schemes instead of listening to substance and evidence-based creators like Lynn Allure on YouTube.
