A time when my feedback influenced a product or service was when I worked in technical support and noticed that a lot of customers were struggling with the same setup step on their Apple devices. I documented the issue and suggested that the instructions be made clearer in the system notes and on the customer-facing guide. After sharing that feedback with the team, they updated the instructions and added a clearer walkthrough. 

I’m motivated to participate in user interviews because I like being part of making products and experiences better. I enjoy sharing what I think works and what doesn’t, especially when it helps a business understand real people’s needs. It’s also interesting to see how companies use feedback to improve their apps, websites, or services

One time my expressive performance helped engage an audience was when I was on a live panel on the BIGO app. There were a lot of different personalities speaking at once, and the conversation was starting to drag and lose viewers. I jumped in with more energy, clearer reactions, and facial expressions that matched the moment. I kept the conversation fun and added humor, which made people stay and comment more. My ability to show emotion and connect with what was being talked about made the audience feel involved, and the engagement in the chat quickly went up.
