Mini-workshops on practices that complement the supplements, like simple stretches for pain, quick energy-boosting routines, or mindful eating tips for metabolism. At the start or mid-stream, ask viewers to rate their current energy levels, metabolism feeling, or confidence using a quick poll. Offer samples of the shakes or gummies, or gift cards as incentives for participation.
