Can you provide an example of a branded video you've worked on and featured in ?

In my portfolio on my resume, I have linked 2 videos: one about a new partnership with a golf course and my organization and another about a fundraising event for one of our organization's communities. Each video follows branding guidelines of the national organization through color, verbiage, and tone.

Can you provide an example of a successful social media campaign you have worked on in the past?

I was in charge of highlighting and sharing a donation campaign during my internship with First Tee (a non-profit golf organization for youth). In the past, we only posted when the events had already occurred. To support more action from donors and aspiring participants, I created a video series following current participants of our events and showing what it's like to be a part of the event to reduce barriers to entrance for aspiring participants and encourage donors to donate money or tangible items to our organization. My videos each received over 1000 views and was received positively by the community.

How do you track social media performance metrics

The metrics I usually track are views/impressions, engagement (likes, comments, shares), and clicks to the website/profile. I usually use a website or the app's built-in system to tell me these metrics. Additionally, I'll keep note of active hours for optimal posting times.
