Interview Questions
Groovy Coffee
Content & Campus Marketing Intern

Tell us about a creator, club, or brand on your campus you think Groovy should partner with. How would you activate that partnership?
Groovy could partner with our Sales Program on campus, where students are busy, ambitious, and always on the go. I’d activate the partnership by hosting product tastings during study sessions or workshops, creating fun, shareable content featuring students using Groovy to power through their busy days, and leveraging their network to spread awareness organically across campus.

If you were running Groovy Coffee’s TikTok for one week, what content would you post and why?
post a mix of relatable, trend-driven and lifestyle content that feels native to college TikTok rather than branded ads. For example: a day-in-the-life as a college student featuring Groovy as part of a morning routine, a pre-workout or study-grind transition video showing the energy boost, a taste-test or first-sip reaction with friends on campus, and a trend-based video using a popular sound where Groovy fits naturally into the moment. I’d also include one casual behind-the-scenes or POV campus clip to build personality. The goal would be to make Groovy feel like part of everyday college life—fun, energizing, and relatable—so viewers associate it with routines they already have.

How would you organically get students on your campus excited about Groovy without relying on paid ads?
I’d focus on in-person connection and authentic visibility. I’d talk about Groovy naturally with friends, teammates, and classmates, bring it to workouts or study sessions, and let people try it themselves so the product sells the experience. I’d also create relatable, trend-aware content that fits campus culture and share it consistently, using word of mouth, social proof, and genuine enthusiasm rather than anything that feels like an ad.
