Interview Questions
Uber
Uber One Lead Ambassador (Fall '26)
What monthly Uber One event would you host on campus?
would host a monthly “Uber One Student Savings Day” on campus, ideally during the ASUO Street Faire at the University of Oregon. The Street Faire is one of the highest-traffic events on campus, drawing thousands of students each term, making it the perfect opportunity to reach both new and returning users. At the activation booth, students could learn about Uber One benefits, receive exclusive student promo codes, enter giveaways, and participate in games for Uber credits. I would emphasize how Uber One helps students save on rides to the airport, grocery trips, nights out, and Uber Eats orders. By aligning the event with a major campus gathering, Uber could maximize visibility, increase sign-ups, and connect with students when they’re already actively engaging with campus organizations and brands.

Do you have ambassador experience?
Yes. During Spring 2026, I served as a Microsoft Brand Ambassador, promoting Microsoft products and services through campus outreach, social media content, and student engagement initiatives. The program is concluding at the end of this term, but it provided valuable experience in grassroots marketing, event promotion, and building brand awareness among college students. In addition to Microsoft, I have previous ambassador experience with brands including Rockstar Energy, Bigfoot Beverages, and Salt & Straw. Through these roles, I gained hands-on experience with product sampling, event activations, consumer engagement, and creating authentic connections with target audiences. These experiences have strengthened my communication, marketing, and content creation skills while teaching me how to effectively represent a brand both online and in person.
