My role consistently involves tabling at major events where the goal is to represent our radio stations and drive active user growth. One of my key responsibilities is guiding people through the iHeartRadio app by highlighting features like the Talkback mic, which allows listeners to send voice messages directly to on-air DJs, and showing them how to use Presets to mirror their car’s radio experience on their phones.

Through this role, I’ve mastered the art of the pitch by learning how to quickly read a crowd and adapt my energy to fit the demographic, whether I’m at a concert or a local community event.
