To keep the community active, I would focus on creating consistent value and meaningful interaction. I would introduce structured activities like weekly discussions, challenges and community spotlights to encourage participation.
I would also analyze engagement patterns, gather feedback, and adapt content based on what members respond to most. Building a community where members feel heard, recognized and involved is key to longterm engagement.
