A moment I’ve “crashed out” was during a really overwhelming week of classes and deadlines where I just felt emotionally drained and frustrated. I ended up venting everything out, being honest about how tired and stuck I felt, and then calming myself down by talking it through — it reminded me how powerful vulnerability can be.
